In this role, you will be completing field inspections of various Sydney Water assets (water mains, surface fittings, sewer maintenance holes) and entering data using electronic devices. This is a physical job where you will be outdoors, traversing various terrains and lifting equipment up to 25kg for up to 5 hours per day. You will also be exposed to raw sewerage, so you must be comfortable with this. A current C-class driver license and a WHS General Construction Induction card are essential. A Certificate III in Water & Wastewater is preferred. If you have not achieved this qualification, you will need to obtain it within 18 months of appointment.
